Terms & Conditions
- By instructing “Agent About China” of Nadine Wong & Co Solicitors (hereinafter “AAC”) to act as your agent, you agree to all terms & conditions stated hereunder. Please read them carefully.
- AAC will use its best endeavours to process applications for China
visas at your request. It is your responsibility to check the validity of the passport, visa or documents issued to ensure that they cover the period of stay requested, the number of entries required and is valid for the purpose of the visit intended.
- In submitting the application on
your behalf, AAC does not warrant the truth, content or representations contained in documents supplied by the applicant to the Chinese Embassy. The applicant accepts liability for the content of all documntations supplied to the Embassy.
- AAC accepts no responsibility for delays, loss or refusal
to grant a visa arising from incorrect or insufficient documentation supplied by the applicant. The issue of a China visa is determined by the Chinese Embassy. We accept no liability for delays caused by the requests from the Chinese Embassy to provide further documentation.
- AAC provides
visa and passport information in good faith from the statements provided by respective organisations. AAC shall not be liable for any errors and/or ommissions contained in the information. We reserve the right to change or update information including the charges on our website without
notice.
- No refund if the visa is turned down or cancelled.
- Complaint Procedure: Any complaint must be put in writing.
If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with
you to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to respond to all customer
service enquiries within 10 working days.
- If you have only been granted a visa with shorter valid period of stay than applied for, we will refund the difference between the fees of the visa applied for and that which was granted. For avoidance of doubt, we will not refund our agency fees.
- AAC reserves the rights to retain all documents
(including passport) until payment is received in full.
- AAC shall not be held responsible for any increase in the Chinese Embassy’s visa fees: in such cases the client will have to cover the additional visa fees. Although AAC endeavour to ensure that all our fee information on the Website
is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and our fees may be incorrect. If we discover a fee error we will either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or, after notifying you of the error, continue with the order at the correct price. AAC will not be obliged
to supply service at the incorrect fees.
- AAC reserves the rights in our discretion to decline handling any application without a reason being given.
- AAC does not keep copies of your documents for our records, including copy of your passport. Once AAC has submitted your application to the Chinese Embassy we are unable to access
this information should you need it for any reason. Therefore, it is vital that you keep copy of your documents submitted to us.
- If the loss is due to error by AAC (the burden of proof is on the applicant), the damages are limited to a maximum of £100 per passport, including all postage and
replacement costs.
- These terms and condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
