Make payment to AAC.

Provide AAC with your passport and relevant support documents.

(Please note that you will need to complete JW-201 or JW-202 form for apply a student visa)

Wait for Visa application to be processed.

We cannot process your application without these forms.

We accept payment by cash (in person), debit & credit cards (on-line* or telephone*) and postal order.

As soon as AAC has received all the required documents from you (step 1, 2, 3), we will begin to process your application according to the type of service you have chosen.

You will be notified by email / telephone as soon as we receive your passport back from the Chinese Embassy.

Example

Express service takes 6 working days.

We submit your passport and documentation to the Chinese Embassy on the day after we receive it. The Chinese Embassy will take minimum 3 working days to process your application, excluding Embassy holidays and UK public holidays.

You can either pick up your passport between 9am and 5pm from our office at 45 Queensway, London W2 4QJ, or we will return it by Special Delivery on the same day. You should receive it the next day assuming no Royal Mail delays.
