Chinese Work visa (Z Visa)

Chinese work visas for persons undertaking employment or conducting commercial performances in China and accompanying family members.

Documents required

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity and at least 2 blank visa pages.
2. Completed Chinese Embassy Visa Application Form signed & dated by the applicant.
3. One recent colour passport photograph. *
   

   * Please note that home-made digital photos or copied photos are not acceptable.

4. An employment permit from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security or the State Administration of Foreign Expert China
5. An invitation letter from a relevant Department of Chinese Government or a Government-authorised company.

Important note:

• Visas to China cannot be applied for more than three months in advance of the entry date.
• The length of Chinese visa is determined by the Chinese Embassy
