Submitting and reviewing searches
•
Obtaining Land Registry documents
•
Completing matters from pre-contract stage to exchange to completion and post completion.
Family
•
Private funded matrimonial matters
•
Divorce, separation, & cohabitation disputes
•
Ancillary relief
•
Child care cases including cross-jurisdictional matters & child abduction cases
•
Section 8 Children Act 1989 applications
Position is for a part time or full time solicitor.
Salary: negotiable.
