Led by our Principle, Ms Nadine Wong, our immigration team with many years of experience can assist you in your immigration and nationality matter. 

This firm is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association. 

Our hourly rate for immigration service is £165+VAT.

We would like to discuss our fees directly with you to give a closer estimate of the likely costs bearing in mind your individual circumstances. 

If you decide to instruct us with your case, we will put this towards our agreed fee. 

Our fees for Immigration cases

b.      Visitor Visa (Complex) £3000 - £4000 + VAT

e.      Right of Abode £1500 - £2500 + VAT
2 Applications under the immigration Rules Appendix FM: Family Members:
a.      Leave to Enter (Spouse Visa from Overseas) (Non-Complex) £3000 - £4000 + VAT
b.      Remain with Partner (Spouse Visa in the UK) (Non-Complex) £3000 - £4000 + VAT
c.       Leave to Enter (Spouse Visa from Overseas) (Complex) £4500 - £5500 + VAT
d.      Remain with Partner (Spouse Visa in the UK) (Complex) £4500 - £5500 + VAT
Please note that if you are in the UK on a visitor visa, you will not be able to switch into a Spouse Visa. Please contact us for further information.
e.      Settlement with a Partner £3000 - £4000 + VAT
f.        Settlement as a Victim of Domestic Violence (Non-Complex) £3500 - £4000 + VAT
g.       Settlement as a Victim of Domestic Violence (Complex) £4500 - £6000 + VAT
h.      Settlement application for a child (indefinite leave to enter) £4000 - £5000 + VAT
i.         Leave to Enter or Remain as a Parent of a Child in the UK £3500 - £4500 + VAT
j.         Adult Dependent Relative £4000 - £7000 + VAT
3 Applications under the Tier Points-Based System:
Tier 1
a.      Investor (extension) £3000 - £6000 + VAT
b.      UK expansion worker (with sponsorship licence) £7000 - £10000 + VAT
c.       Entrepreneur Extension £4000 - £8000 + VAT
d.      Global talent (combined fee for endorsement and entry clearance / leave to remain) £4000 - £4500 + VAT
e.      Innovator with endorsement (new scheme) £6000 - £8000 + VAT
f.        Settlement for the above categories £4000 - £4500 + VAT
g.       Scale up visa (initial application) £5000 - £6000 + VAT
The immigration fees stated above are not inclusive of applications with dependants. An additional payment of £500 will be charged for such cases.

Is VAT payable on our fees and disbursements? If so, how much is charged

All our fees and most disbursements are charged at 20% VAT. 
If you have no immigration status, you are exempted from VAT for our fees only. 

Key stages

Our work will include for example:
 
• Taking your instructions and advising you what the best visa option is for you.
• Explaining the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria. Please note that the burden of proof is on the applicant. We will inform you what evidence is required.
• Advising you in what supporting evidence is required.
• Preparing and submitting your application.
• Reporting to you on the progress of your application.
• Assisting you in booking a biometric residence appointment.
• Informing you with the decision from the Home Office.
 
Factors which may affect the cost:
• Complexity of your case.
• Language.

Timescale

We cannot offer you a definite timescale. This depends on Home Office processing times and the complexity of the case.

Disbursements

Disbursements are not included in the fees estimate. 

This can be for example:
  • Barrister fees: Please note, barristers (specialists in attending and arguing at Court) are not required in many cases we handle. If a barrister is needed it should be noted that our preferred barristers’ fees are generally charged at GBP 200 to GBP 350 per hour, depending on the experience of the barrister. This kind of application will normally require between 2-5 hours of the Barrister’s time (if applicable), depending on the complexity of your case.
